Includes: $50.00 - Mentorship which includes styled sessions, options to shadow + help with building studio clientele
Starting date: August 2nd or before then depending on when you want to start booking sessions
Payments: Biweekly Payments- $150.00 / $200.00

TERMS.
You agree to pay Sweetlikehoneystudios a total amount of $300.00 for 10 hours of studio time and $50.00 for mentorship
You are responsible for your clients and everyone they bring in the building
You are responsible for any damage done to any property or equipment that occurs during the time you and your clients occupy the Premises. You agree to pay reasonable costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition or replacing it. This includes spills, or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces
s You agree that the studio will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, injury, or loss to you or your clients while on the Premises
You are solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
It is your responsibility to return the studio in good condition within your rental time if there is anyone booked after you. This ensures booking runs smoothly since there are other photographers who book the space. (10-15 minutes of cleaning/breaking anything down does not dig into your monthly hours)
You must not leave the studio in poor condition after your session/sessions. Make sure whatever you used is put back and cleaned up + all lights are turned off + unplug anything you used
No animals
You acknowledge there are security cameras and audio recording in the studio for safety and accountability purposes
You acknowledge and understand the Terms & Conditions above and agree to abide by these terms and conditions when renting the studio. If you have any questions about what is and is not allowed you can contact the studio prior to my rental.
